OPERATIONS PERSONNEL RESPONDED, EXCAVATED THE AREA AND CONFIRMED A PINHOLE LEAK ON THE NOME TO DANIEL'S JCT. 4\" LINE SEGMENT. APPROXIMATELY ONE BARREL WAS RELEASED. THE AFFECTED SECTION OF PIPING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW PIPE.
