Cause detail: ON 2/6/19, A STATION OPERATOR NOTICED PRODUCT BENEATH A DRAIN VALVE ON THE RELIEF LINE AT INDIANAPOLIS TERMINAL. ALL PRODUCT WAS CONTAINED ON-SITE AND HAS BEEN CLEANED UP. RELEASE VOLUME WAS DETERMINED TO BE 7.5 BARRELS, CAUSED BY NATURAL FORCE DAMAGE DUE TO FROZEN COMPONENTS. THE VALVE HAS BEEN REPLACED AND THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATIONS. 3/21/19 FINAL SUBMITTED-NO CHANGES TO INITIAL REPORT.
