DURING THE TIE IN WELDING ACTIVITIES ON THE STATION SIDE OF THE NEW VALVE, AN ACCIDENTAL IGNITION EVENT OCCURRED CAUSING A PRESSURE WAVE TO TRAVEL THROUGH THE SUBJECT PIPING AND EXIT THROUGH THE AIR MOVER AND 8 INCH ISOLATION BAG PORT NEAR SIDE GATE VALVE 145-S8.
