THE TUG COULD NOT REGAIN POWER IN A TIMELY MANNER. AN ANCHOR WAS DROPPED WHICH SNAGGED TEXAS EASTERN TRANSMISSION LP'S 16-INCH LINE 41-A-5 NATURAL GAS TRANSMISSION PIPELINE IN EAST CAMERON BLOCK 321.
