THE FAILURE WAS IDENTIFIED BY LOCAL OPERATING PERSONNEL. THE CONTROL CENTER WAS IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE UNIT SHUTDOWN. THE RELEASED CRUDE OIL WAS CONFINED TO OPERATOR PROPERTY AND CLEANED UP PROMPTLY. THE PUMP WAS DISABLED AND REPAIR IS ONGOING.","truncated":false,"body_characters":902}
