THIS CAUSED THE DUMP VALVE TO GO TO THE OPEN POSITION AND RELEASED SWEET GAS TO THE SLOP TANKS AND VENTED TO THE ATMOSPHERE. ESTIMATED LOSS OF GAS IS 9 MMCF. THE INCIDENT WAS DISCOVERED ON 5-21-12 AT 8:45AM BY AN ENTERPRISE MEASUREMENT TECH AND THE SYSTEM WAS BLOCKED BY 9:00 AM BY THE ENTERPRISE I&E TECH.
