WEATHER PREVENTED PERSONNEL TO INVESTIGATE OVERNIGHT. THE NRC WAS NOTIFIED (NRC # 1102618), AT 11:30 AM ON 12/04 OF A POSSIBLE LEAK. WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE A FLIGHT ON 12/05 AND BASED ON THE COORDINATES FOR THE LEAK, WE SHUT DOWN THE PIPELINE AT 15:30 PM ON 12/05/14.
