PIPELINE SEGMENT WAS IMMEDIATELY ISOLATED AND DE-PRESSURED. TWO DELIVERIES TO TEXAS STATE GAS WERE IMPACTED AND SUSTAINED OUTAGES FOR APPROXIMATELY EIGHT HOURS.
