THE PIPELINE WAS TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE AND AN INVESTIGATION WAS INITIATED . THE RESULTS OF THE LEAK INVESTIGATION SHOWED A DENT ON THE PIPE DUE TO A ROCK UNDERNEATH THE PIPE. THE ROCK UNDERNEATH THE PIPE WAS THE CAUSE OF A SMALL CRACK WHERE THE LEAK INITIATED.
