LOCAL OPERATIONS PERSONNEL WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION AND CONFIRMED A RELEASE OF CRUDE OIL IN THE STATION MANIFOLD AREA. INVESTIGATION REVEALED A PINHOLE IN A SECTION OF DEADLEG STATION PIPING. THE DEADLEG WAS REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM AND A REVIEW OF THE STATION PIPING FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DEADLEG PIPING WAS CONDUCTED.
