THE REPORT DESCRIBED THE RELEASE AS A MINOR SPRAY AT OR NEAR THE WATER LEVEL. UPON INVESTIGATION, SNG PERSONNEL DETERMINED THAT THIS WAS A RELEASE OF NATURAL GAS CAUSED BY EXTERNAL CORROSION. THE PIPELINE WAS REPAIRED BY INSTALLATION OF NEW PIPE.
