A SPECIAL LEAK CLAMP WAS FABRICATED AND INSTALLED ON THE PIPELINE, THE CLAMP WOULD NOT SEAL. A NEW UNDER WATER CROSSING WAS DRILLED TO ACCOMMODATE 800 FEET OF NEW 14 INCH PIPELINE. THE NEW CROSSING WAS CONNECTED TO EXISTING PIPELINE ON EACH SIDE OF INTECOASTAL WATERWAY.
