Cause detail: DAMAGE BY CAR, TRUCK, OR OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLE/EQUIPMENT NOT ENGAGED IN EXCAVATION

Cause detail: A DRIVER TRAVELING EAST OF SHAW MILL ROAD EXPERIENCED A MEDICAL CONDITION. THE VEHICLE RAN OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD STRIKING A REGULATOR STATION CAUSING DAMAGE TO BOTH THE VEHICLE AND REGULATOR STATION. THE INCIDENT RESULTED IN A FIRE AND A RELEASE OF GAS. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS HOSPITALIZED BECAUSE OF A PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITION AND NOT DUE TO A RELEASE OF GAS.
