AT 01:50 A BROKEN 1\" X 3/4\" THREADED BUSHING TO A PRESSURE TRANSDUCER RESULTED IN AN UNINTENDED NATURAL GAS LOSS OF APPROXIMATELY 4.98 MMSCF. A QUESTAR EMPLOYEE ARRIVED ON SITE AT 08:21 AND CONFIRMED THAT THE BUSHING LEADING TO THE PRESSURE TRANSDUCER WAS BROKEN AND ISOLATED THE AREA BY CLOSING 2 MANUAL BLOCK VALVES. THE BUSHING AND VALVE WERE REPLACED SHORTLY THEREAFTER.
