Cause detail: LEAK WAS DISCOVERED 10:00A.M. 7/23/87 BY A TANK INSPECTOR. CRUDE WAS CONTAINED INSIDE THE FIREWALL AND RECOVERED BY VACUUM TRUCK. IT WAS RETURNED TO TANKAGE. TANK 1101 WAS EMPTIED SO THAT IT WILL GE GAS FREED, CLEANED AND REPAIRED AT A LATER DATE.
