UPON INVESTIGATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY A PINHOLE LEAK RESULTING FROM INTERNAL CORROSION ON TEXAS EASTERN TRANSMISSION, L.P. 24-INCH LINE 41-A NATURAL GAS PIPELINE.
