Cause detail: PUMPER REPORTED SPILL ON C-14 LINE TO OKC OCC. LOCAL PERSONNEL FOUND OIL ON THE GROUND SURFACE. THE LINE WAS ISOLATED AND MANAGER WAS NOTIFIED. REPAIR CREW WAS DISPATCHED AS WELL AS A VACUUM TRUCK. TWO BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RECOVERED. THE LINE WAS EXCAVATED AND REPAIRED USING A PLIDCO CLAMP. LINE WAS REACTIVATED AND PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE @ 8:00 PM DECEMBER 18, 2009. SIZE OF FAILURE WAS 1/4" DIAMETER. RESULT OF THE STORK ANALYSIS OF THE PIPE RESULTED AS: THE PIPE SAMPLE EXHIBITED A THROUGH-WALL CORROSION PIT IN A LOCALIZED GROUP OF PITS ON THE INSIDE SURFACE.
