THE INITIAL CAUSE OF THE ESD WAS A FAILED COPPER OIL LINE THAT CAUSED A FIRE. THE FIRE DETECTION RESULTED IN THE ESD OF THE COMPRESSOR STATION. DURING THE STATION ISOLATION AND BLOW-DOWN IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT ONE OF THE STATION ISOLATION VALVES WAS NOT IN THE PROPER OPERATING POSITION, RESULTING A REPORTABLE GAS RELEASE.
