THE APPARENT CAUSE OF THE RELEASE WAS THE FAILURE OF THE O-RING ON THE TRAP DOOR FROM HEAT EXPANSION. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, AND THE SITE WAS CLEANED UP AND REPAIRED PROMPTLY.","truncated":false,"body_characters":879}
