Cause detail: PIPE FAILED IN AREA OF GIRTH WELD IN PIPELINE LOCATED INSIDE COMPRESSOR STATION YARD. CAUSE STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION. 5-23-14 CAUSE WAS WELD FAILURE FROM A ONE-TIME LOAD EVENT. APPROXIMATELY AN 800' SECTION OF PIPELINE, WHICH INCLUDED THE AREA WHERE THE PIPE FAILED, WAS ABANDONED AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
