Cause detail: WHILE COMPANY PERSONNEL WERE PATROLLING THIS PIPELINE TO MONITOR A LEAK REPORTED 10/11/14, THEY IDENTIFIED A SECOND LOCATION GAS RELEASE. THE PIPELINE WAS ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF BEING BLOWN DOWN AND REMOVED FROM SERVICE. THIS LINE WILL BE PREPARED FOR ABANDONMENT. THIS SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT WAS CREATED TO CORRECT THE SMYS PROVIDED BY OUR PIPELINE ENGINEER RICHARD SACCO, PE.
