THE AIR COMPRESSOR THAT SUPPLIED THE GAS TO BLOCK VALVE FAILED AND GAS CONTROL DID NOT SEE THAT FUNCTION. A FOLLOW UP INVESTIGATION WAS FORWARDED TO THE PHMSA CENTRAL REGION OFFICE. THE FAILED BLOCK VALVE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND BOTH AIR COMPRESSORS ARE BACK IN NORMAL SERVICE.
