THE RELIEF VALVE RELEASED NATURAL GAS TO THE ATMOSPHERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES AND EXCEEDED PHMSA'S REPORTABLE QUANTITY THRESHOLD FOR A PIPELINE INCIDENT. THE RELIEF VALVE WAS ISOLATED BY CLOSING A VALVE BENEATH IT.
