Cause detail: INDICATIONS OF BUBBLES ON THE WATER SURFACE IN WEST CAMERON 549 WERE REPORTED BY A PLATFORM OPERATOR ON NOVEMBER 3, 2012. A SHEEN ALSO APPEARED ON THE SURFACE. UPON INVESTIGATION IT WAS DETERMINED THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY A PINHOLE RESULTING FROM INTERNAL CORROSION.
