LA DNR OPID NO. PFPL0317. THE INCIDENT WAS DUE TO A EXTERNAL PINHOLE CAUSED BY ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION. THE LEAK OCCURED ON 1-INCH AUXILLARY PIPING. AT THE LEAK POINT, THE COATING/PAINT WAS DAMAGED, ALLOWING ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION TO SET IN.
