GAS CONTROL BEGAN POLLING LINE PRESSURES AND CALLED THE ENERGY TRANSFER FIELD OPERATOR. THE ENERGY TRANSFER FIELD OPERATOR FOUND THE LEAK AT APPROXIMATELY 8:05PM. THE LEAK WAS IN THE RED RIVER AND SEVERE FLOODING HAD BEEN OCCURRING. SEVERAL OF THE ROADS WERE CLOSED DUE TO THE FLOODING. THE LINE WAS ISOLATED AT APPROXIMATELY 9:10PM. FINAL UPDATE: OCT. 16, 2015 PLANS ARE TO LEAVE DAMAGED SECTION OF PIPE IN PLACE TO MITIGATE ANY POSSIBLE EROSION TO RIVER BANK AND SUBSEQUENT LEVEE. ALSO TO BORE A NEW RIVER CROSSING AND TIE-IN EXISTING PIPELINE ON EITHER SIDE OF RIVER.
