Cause detail: LEAK DISCOVERED ON ANNISTON #2 METER STATION TAP LINE, MP 0.00 (OFF OF 24" NORTH MAIN LOOP LINE AT MP 380.149). UPON INVESTIGATION,IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE 4" CHECK VALVE ON THE DOWNSTREAM SIDE OF THE TAP VALVE #2 HAD AN 8" LONG CRACK IN THE BODY OF THE VALVE.
