IN ADDITION, THE CONTROL PANEL ONLY SENT A PARTIAL ESD SIGNAL, LEAVING THE COMPRESSOR INLET VALVE OPEN, UNDETECTED, FOR ABOUT 5 HOURS. THIS ALLOWED VENTING OF PIPELINE GAS TO ATMOSPHERE.
