THERE WAS NO IMPACT TO WATER; THE RELEASE WAS CONTAINED ENTIRELY WITHIN THE FACILITY AND WITHIN THE SECONDARY CONTAINMENT OF THE TANK. THE SEAL FAILURE WAS DUE TO A BEARING FAILURE.
