BOOSTER PUMP MOTOR BEARING FAILED, HEATED UP AND CAUSED THE PUMP SEAL TO FAIL. LEAKING PRODUCT WAS IMMEDIATELY IGNITED. THE PUMP WAS IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN, ISOLATED, AND THE FIRE WAS EXTINGUISHED.
