Cause detail: BUFFALO DRILLING USING A 36" AUGER, DRILLED TO A DEPTH OF THIRTEEN FEET AND STRUCK THE 12" MP GAS TRANSMISSION LINE. BUFFALO DRILLING WAS PREPARING TO INSTALL A CONCRETE PILE TO SUPPORT A WATER PLANT SLUDGE DEWATERING TANK. NO CALL FOR A MARK OUT WAS MADE.
