INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE RELEASE OCCURRED DUE TO INTERNAL CORROSION ON SECTION OF DEADLEG PIPING. THE PIPING HAD BEEN DRAINED, CAPPED AND PLACED UNDER A NITROGEN BLANKET SUBSEQUENT TO THE LINE BEING REMOVED FROM SERVICE HOWEVER A SMALL AMOUNT OF RESIDUAL PRODUCT WAS TRAPPED IN THE LOW POINT OF THE PIPING. THE AFFECTED PIPING WAS REMOVED SUBSEQUENT TO THE RELEASE ON 9/1/15.
