UPON INVESTIGATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY A PINHOLE LEAK RESULTING FROM INTERNAL CORROSION ON TEXAS EASTERN TRANSMISSION, L.P. 20-INCH LINE 41-A-2 NATURAL GAS PIPELINE. A SHEEN WAS DISCOVERED ON APRIL 1, 2013 AS THE LINE PRESSURE WAS REDUCED, BUT THE SHEEN DISPERSED WITHIN A FEW HOURS.
