THE LEAK WAS ON METER SKID 24 INCH PIPING BETWEEN MOV 54 AND THE RECIRCULATION LINE DOWNSTREAM OF THE METERS IN THE TEXAS CITY TANK FARM FACILITY. THE LEAK WAS A PINHOLE AT 6:00 POSITION. THE SECTION OF PIPING WAS DRAINED UP, ISOLATED, AND REPAIRED WITH PLIDCO REPAIR CLAMP. THIS LINE WAS REMOVED SEPTEMBER 2014.
