MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS LOCKED OUT THE MIXER SHAFT AND STOPPED THE MIXER FROM LEAKING. VAC TRUCKS WERE ON-SITE WORKING TO CLEAN UP THE OIL AND A SMALL VOLUME OF WATER DUE TO MELTING ICE IN THE TANK CONTAINMENT. THE SEAL WILL BE REPLACED BY MID-FEBRUARY. THE MIXER SHAFT IS CURRENTLY ISOLATED VIA MECHANICAL LOCK OUT.
