CR PERMIAN CRUDE(CR) PERFORMED A GROUND PATROL 2/19/2021 PRIOR TO RESTARTING THE SYSTEM AND JUST SO HAPPENED OUR AERIAL PATROL ALSO FLEW THAT DAY. THE SYSTEM STARTED FLOWING 2/19/2021 AND CR RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM THE PRODUCERS' PUMPER WHO HAD BEEN NOTIFIED BY THEIR AERIAL PATROL, ON 2/20/201 THAT THERE WAS A VALVE LEAKING. A CR OPERATOR WENT TO THE LOCATION AND ISOLATED THE LINE SEGMENT AND CONTACTED THE CR ENVIRONMENTAL CONTACT. A VACUUM TRUCK WAS CALLED AND RECOVERED APPROXIMATELY 40 BARRELS OF CRUDE. THE SPILL AREA WOUND UP BEING APPROXIMATELY 6 ACRES AND THE AREA HAS BEEN REMEDIATED AND RESEEDED.","truncated":false,"body_characters":1230}
