Cause detail: TARGA RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF INDICATIONS OF A LEAK IN THE VICINITY OF ITS PIPELINE FROM A THIRD PARTY. TARGA DISPATCHED A HELICOPTER AND BEGAN SHUTDOWN OF THE PIPELINE TO REDUCE FLOW. REPAIR COMPLETED BY INSTALLATION OF A BOLTED SPLIT SLEEVE.
