THE ONEOK FIELD REPRESENTATIVE WAS CONTACTED AND ARRIVED AT THE JOLIET STATION AT APPROXIMATELY 21:47 AT WHICH TIME GAS WAS FOUND BLOWING FROM THE BLOW DOWN ON THE UNIT #1 COMPRESSOR. GAS CONTROL WAS CONTACTED AND THE COMPRESSOR UNIT WAS SHUT DOWN. THE FIELD REPRESENTATIVE LOCATED A FROST BALL ON ONE OF THE SUPPLY FITTINGS, THAWED THE SUPPLY LINE, RETIGHTENED THE FITTING, AND THE VALVE CLOSED.
