DURING HIS INSPECTION THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED A SMALL SHEEN ON THE WATER. THE TECHNICIAN FOUND THAT A SUPPLY GAS REGULATOR ON A LEVEL CONTROLLER HAD A SMALL LEAK THAT WAS CAUSING CONDENSATE TO SLOWLY DRIP INTO THE WATER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS AT THE PLATFORM THE DAY BEFORE AND DID NOT NOTICE ANY TYPE OF SHEEN.
