THE APPROXIMATE MILE POST ON THE PIPELINE IS 3.91. DOORENBOS WAS INSTALLING AGRICULTURAL DRAIN TILE WITHOUT MAKING A ONE-CALL. SERVICE TO THE TOWN OF BOYDEN WAS COMPLETELY LOST. APPROXIMATELY 60-FEET OF 2-INCH PIPE WAS REPLACED AND SERVICE TO THE TOWN OF BOYDEN WAS RESTORED.
