ON JULY 22, 2013, DOMINION ARRIVED ON SCENE AND ISOLATED THE SECTION OF PIPELINE THAT RUPTURED AT APPROXIMATELY 7:02 A.M. THE SECTION OF PIPE THAT RUPTURED WAS CUT OUT AND SENT TO A THIRD PARTY LABORATORY, KEIFNER & ASSOCIATES, FOR A FAILURE ANALYSIS.
