APPROXIMATELY 1.5 BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED. THE CAUSE OF THE RELEASE WAS A FAILURE OF A 2.5-INCH THREADED UNION ON THE PSV. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, AND THE SITE WAS CLEANED UP AND REPAIRED PROMPTLY.","truncated":false,"body_characters":940}
