AFTER INVESTIGATION, A LEAK WAS FOUND TO BE ON A GULF SOUTH ASSET. THE PRESSURE WAS REDUCED BY CLOSING THE UPSTREAM VALVE ALLOWING THE DOWNSTREAM CUSTOMER TO REMAIN IN SERVICE.
