EMPLOYEE INVESTIGATED AND FOUND A 6 INCH RELIEF VENTING ON THE SUCTION HEADER OF THE STATION. HE SECURED THE VENT AT 08:25. AT 8:50 EMPLOYEE CONTACTED SYSTEM CONTROL TO REPORT OUT THE EVENT. HE FOUND ICE AND TRASH IN THE REGULATOR.
