LINE WAS ISOLATED AND DEPRESSURIZED UNTIL REPAIRS COULD BE MADE. THE 48 HR NRC# 1193922 REPORT WAS MADE ON 10/21. OFFSHORE WEATHER CONDITIONS CAUSED A DELAY IN DETERMINING THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK AND THE REPAIRS. A NEW NRC# 1194755 NOTIFICATION WAS MADE IDENTIFYING SEA ROBIN AS THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY ON 10/31, THE 48 HR NRC# 1194979 WAS MADE ON 11/02/17.
