UPON INVESTIGATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY A PINHOLE LEAK RESULTING FROM INTERNAL CORROSION ON TEXAS EASTERN TRANSMISSION, L.P. 20-INCH LINE 41-A-2 NATURAL GAS PIPELINE.
