ADDITIONALLY, THREE BUOYS WERE INSTALLED OVER THE PIPELINE IN THE AREA TO ACT AS A DETERRENT TO BOAT TRAFFIC. 7-24-15 REVISED TO ADD PIPE SPECIFICATION AS REQUESTED BY PHMSA.
