Cause detail: ON 7/24/2012 AT 13:26, CEGT SYSTEM CONTROL WAS NOTIFIED OF A POSSIBLE LEAK ON LINE A. CEGT PERSONNEL WERE DISPATCHED TO INVESTIGATE AND FOUND THAT A CONTRACTOR WAS CLEANING DITCHES FOR A THIRD PARTY AND THEY HIT CEGT'S PIPELINE. CEGT PERSONNEL REDUCED THE PRESSURE ON THE LINE AND INSTALLED A BOLT ON SLEEVE. THE REPAIR WAS MADE AND THE LINE WAS BACK IN SERVICE AT 21:17.
