A BOLTED CLAMP WAS INSTALLED AT THE LOCATION OF THE LEAK. THE LEAK IS ASSUMED TO BE CAUSED BY MIC, BUT PIPELINE WAS NOT INTERNALLY INSPECTED TO CONFIRM CAUSES. PIPELINE SEGMENT REMAINS BLOCKED IN WITH NO GAS FLOW. TARGA PLANS TO SELL THE PIPELINE TO OFFSHORE PRODUCER.
