Cause detail: TARGA RECEIVED REPORT OF A GAS LEAK NEAR TARGA'S OFFSHORE GAS GATHERING PIPELINE ON 11/15/2013. TARGA BEGAN STEPS TO IDENTIFY IF THE LEAK ORIGINATED FROM TARGA'S PIPELINE. PRODUCTION INTO PIPELINE WAS SHUT IN. TARGA CONFIRMED ON 11/18/2013 THAT LEAK WAS FROM TARGA'S PIPELINE. CLAMP WAS INSTALLED TO REPAIR LEAKING SEGMENT AND PIPELINE RE-STARTED ON 11/23/2013.
